INSURANCE CLAIMS AND DISPUTES: We have helped Clients recover in disputed claims against their own insurance companies in many types of insurance, including Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Auto (Collision, Comprehensive. Med-Pay and UM/UIM), Fire, Health, Homeowners, Inland Marine (Cargo/Trucking), Life and Title insurance. We have also successfully helped Clients obtain a defense from their liability insurance and have successfully defended them when there is a conflict of interest, or the insurance company is not looking out for them (such as in cases where there is danger of an excess judgment). We have been approved and have acted as "CUMIS" counsel.
